Just made that up off the top of my head as im writing this but thats what bethesda does very well. So the player can now choose to take the bandits word over the farmers, simply enfeeble one or the other so one is no longer a threat (poison, corrupted or abducted) or allow the player to properly investigate and find out the real truth of it all and make their own decision and approach the problem with their own version of justice. I need you to solve a dispute between the farmer and his neighbor in which you find out the neighbor in question is a bandit who was orphaned by the new farmer who kcaptured his parents have them working as slaves in the basement but no one believes him (had to yield to aeturnums respawn rules) and stole the land and now wants vengence but cant take it out right because the guards recognize the new farmer through his connections with the magistrate and wont do anything about it. They are 20 bucks each usually and are loaded with interesting quests that deviate from the plain old "go here and kill/collect 1-15 things.what sounds more fun, “I need 3 teeth from the wolves.” (Wait why not just get 3 teeth from on wolf. I have no problem paying for an eso expansion though. But this is something that people should at least recognize. Not saying thats not something they shouldnt aspire to. Yes its gameplay is dry, yes its quests arent ehat you would expect from a game like la noir, witcher or skyrim. You get to play the game as its being produced and you get to enjoy all the problems that beta testers did in a mixed experience of playing and beta testing and thats why you bought it for 50-60 bucks on steam 2021 or you paid 20 bucks on steam in 2022. ![]() So they started charging the players for beta testing and this slowed down the leaks because of the mentality that (im paying for a private experience and that its just for me) but some realized the value of this and posted online the details and footage. ![]() Thats when they started to do public beta testing where people would sign up gor the chance to beta test and the results were mixed but over all the production studio was able to focus their funds on making money but game leaks became a huge problem. Eventually the beta testing was not only dipping into the game production budget but was more expensive to do so than the production teams budget. But that system was catering to bery simple geometry, and simple mechanics. Game devs used to pay people to do things like walk forward and hop ten times in the games.
